Digital transformation is more than the adoption of technology and data across business and society. Innovation and disruption are not driven by access to technology, but how we make use of it.
As a McMaster graduate, you are invited to apply for the DeGroote School of Business Executive MBA (EMBA) in Digital Transformation, starting this July. In this program, you’ll learn to be a leader capable of driving cultural change, harnessing technology’s potential, and gain the knowledge needed to answer the challenges of our everyday world.

The EMBA program starts in July and concludes in September of the following year. There are four residencies throughout the program, each running for 8-12 consecutive days. Residencies take place in September, February, May, and September (of the following year).
Residencies take place at the Ron Joyce Centre campus in Burlington, Ontario, with one residency in Silicon Valley, California. Work is conducted virtually between residencies.
DeGroote provides every EMBA student with one-on-one coaching as part of our Personal Leadership Effectiveness program. You will enter this program as a high performer in your current role. You will emerge as a leader prepared to handle the challenges and opportunities of a digital future.
One of the best ways to learn more about our EMBA program is to meet the people who are either in, or have completed, the program. Read interviews with our current students.
