The EMBA program starts in July and concludes in September of the following year. There are four residencies throughout the program, each running for 8-12 consecutive days. Residencies take place in September, February, May, and September (of the following year).
Residencies take place at the Ron Joyce Centre campus in Burlington, Ontario, with one residency in Silicon Valley, California. Work is conducted virtually between residencies.
DeGroote provides every EMBA student with one-on-one coaching as part of our Personal Leadership Effectiveness program. You will enter this program as a high performer in your current role. You will emerge as a leader prepared to handle the challenges and opportunities of a digital future.
