Next Steps
You will receive a “Next Steps for Enrollment” email in the next several days that will include your Student ID and instructions on how to activate your MACID and access Mosaic, McMaster University’s student information system.
Once you are able to login to Mosaic, your “Student Center” will allow you to see and make tuition payments, check enrollment status, and generate financial/academic letters.

Tuition and Fees
Our tuition payment schedule is as follows:

| 1st Tuition Installment | By July 25, 2025 |
| 2nd Tuition Installment | By January 25, 2026 |
| 3rd Tuition Installment | By April 25, 2026 |
Tuition installment amounts, approximately $31,869.39 per installment ($31,778.39 tuition + $91.00 estimated service fee*), will update automatically in your Student Center where you will see an “Account Summary” box indicating current balance and any charges due. You are responsible for ensuring your tuition is paid on time and in full.
As noted above, in addition to tuition, all students are charged a small service fee per term. The exact amount of this fee has not yet been determined by Student Services for the 2025-26 year however, based on data currently available, the fee is estimated to be approximately $91.00* per term, totaling $273.00. For International students, there is also a mandatory health insurance fee (University Health Insurance Plan, or UHIP) which will be added to your account.
*Tuition and student service fees for 2025 and future academic years are not yet confirmed. Actual fees may vary from those indicated here.

Online Orientation
The EMBA program will begin on Monday, July 7, 2025 (date TBC) with an online orientation. Your course, and other administrative materials, will be available on McMaster’s online learning platform, Avenue to Learn (A2L). You will receive instructions on how to log onto this portal with your MAC ID prior to the orientation. Please note, all dates are subject to change.
