In 14 months, you’ll emerge as a leader ready to contribute and grow the digital economy. With virtual course material, this program is a convenient approach to an MBA. You will also benefit from in-person connections through four in-person residencies.

Our program begins in July and concludes in September of the following year. There are four 8-12 day residencies throughout the program. Residencies take place in September, February, May and September (of the following year).
Residencies take place at the Ron Joyce Centre campus in Burlington, Ontario, with one residency in Silicon Valley, California. Work is conducted virtually between residencies.
Every student in our EMBA receives one-on-one coaching through our Personal Leadership Effectiveness program. You will enter this program as a high performer in your current role. You will emerge as a leader prepared to handle the challenges and opportunities of a digital future.
